Ingredients
250 ml double cream
Peanut butter cream(smooth)
Maple syrup
Preparation
- Whip the cream in a mixer for a couple of minutes
- Add 2 or 3 tbs peanut butter and continue mixing
- Lastly add 3 tbs maple syrup and mix again for a minute.
- Chill for several hours to let it set and firm up as a mousse.
